Contact: info@sejkswarehouse.eu
Welcome to Sejk's Warehouse ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), a digital marketplace operated for the purpose of buying and selling Roblox game development assets. By accessing or using Sejk's Warehouse in any capacity — whether as a visitor, registered user, buyer, or approved seller — you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sejk's Warehouse.
Sejk's Warehouse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Sejk's Warehouse is an online marketplace designed exclusively for the sale and purchase of Roblox game development assets, including but not limited to .rbxm files, scripts, models, and other digital content compatible with the Roblox development environment ("Assets").
All purchases on Sejk's Warehouse are currently processed exclusively through the Roblox platform via Developer Products ("Dev Products"). The purchase flow is as follows:
.rbxm files and other attachments) is unlocked and made available to the buyer. All Dev Products are registered under the official Sejk's Warehouse Roblox group. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this purchasing mechanism in full.
Sejk's Warehouse intends to expand its payment infrastructure in the future to support real-money (fiat currency) purchases processed via Tebex. Where such payment channels are made available, they will be clearly indicated on the Platform and subject to supplementary terms published at that time. All provisions in these Terms that reference payment processors, fees, and payout mechanics apply equally to any future payment channel unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By using Sejk's Warehouse, you represent and warrant that:
Sejk's Warehouse reserves the right to deny access to or terminate the account of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
Sejk's Warehouse is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Selling on Sejk's Warehouse is not open to the general public by default. To become an approved seller, all prospective sellers must:
Sejk's Warehouse reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve or reject any seller application, for any reason or no reason at all, without obligation to disclose the rationale.
Once approved, sellers agree to:
Sejk's Warehouse reserves the right to remove listings, suspend, or permanently ban sellers who violate these obligations, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
All purchases on the Platform are currently processed exclusively through the Roblox platform via Developer Products ("Dev Products"). Transactions are denominated in Robux, the virtual currency of the Roblox platform. Sejk's Warehouse does not directly process any real-money (fiat currency) payments under the current payment infrastructure.
Sejk's Warehouse cannot guarantee that Roblox's platform fees, Dev Product policies, or Robux exchange rates will remain constant, and is not liable for any changes made by Roblox to their fee structures or platform terms.
Sejk's Warehouse intends to introduce an additional payment channel in the future, enabling buyers to purchase assets using real money (fiat currency) processed via Tebex, a third-party payment processing platform. When this channel becomes available:
Roblox may apply a Plus discount (typically 10–20%, sometimes subject to Plus membership tenure requirements) to eligible buyers purchasing via the Roblox channel. For convenience, Sejk's Warehouse may display a discounted price on listings based on the maximum applicable Roblox Plus discount.
A Billing Cycle is defined as one full calendar month, beginning at 00:00 on the first day of the month and concluding at 23:59 on the last day of that same month, measured in the Europe/Bratislava timezone (Central European Time / Central European Summer Time). Each Billing Cycle is independent; earnings, commissions, and payout calculations are computed separately for each cycle and do not carry over.
All dates, times, billing-cycle boundaries, and payout schedules displayed on the Platform use the Europe/Bratislava timezone. Specific dates and times are formatted in European numeric notation (DD.MM.YYYY, 24-hour clock for times). Billing-cycle headings and month filters use English month names with the year (e.g. May 2026). These formats are fixed regardless of the User's browser, device, or geographic location. In the event of any discrepancy between a timestamp shown in a User's local timezone and the Platform's official records, the Platform's Europe/Bratislava timestamp shall be determinative.
A Billing Cycle is considered fully settled once all seller payouts for that cycle have been calculated, approved, and disbursed to sellers. Settlement occurs on or shortly after the last day of each calendar month — typically within a few hours of month-end — and is subject to Roblox platform availability, group fund capacity, and Tebex processing times where applicable.
No action that is contractually contingent upon the close of a Billing Cycle (including but not limited to seller tier changes as described in Section 8) takes effect until the cycle is fully settled in accordance with this section.
In the event of any dispute regarding which Billing Cycle a transaction belongs to, the timestamp recorded in Sejk's Warehouse's internal transaction logs at the time of purchase shall be determinative.
Sejk's Warehouse operates a tiered seller programme. Each approved seller is assigned one of three tiers, which determines the platform commission rate applied to their gross earnings on each completed sale. Commission is deducted from the gross transaction value after the applicable payment processor fee (Roblox Dev Product fee, or Tebex processing fee, as applicable) has been accounted for. The seller receives the remainder.
The payout formula for any given sale is:
Seller Payout = Gross Sale Value − Payment Processor Fee − Sejk's Warehouse Commission
The three tiers and their associated commission rates are as follows:
| Tier | Title | Commission Rate |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | Partner | 5% (five percent) |
| 2nd | Verified | 10% (ten percent) |
| 3rd | Regular | 15% (fifteen percent) |
Commission is calculated on the amount remaining after the applicable payment processor fee has been deducted from the gross sale value, unless stated otherwise in supplementary terms for a specific payment channel.
All newly approved sellers are assigned the Regular tier by default, unless Sejk's Warehouse administrators determine otherwise at the time of approval.
Seller tier status is assigned and managed exclusively by Sejk's Warehouse administrators. Sellers may not self-assign, request, or negotiate their own tier. Sejk's Warehouse reserves the sole and absolute discretion to assign any tier to any seller at any time, subject to the timing restrictions set out in Section 8.3. No seller has a vested or inherent right to any particular tier.
Tier changes — whether an upgrade (lower commission rate) or a downgrade (higher commission rate) — are governed by the following rules:
Sejk's Warehouse will notify a seller of any pending tier change by email to the address associated with their account. Notification will be sent with reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect, and in any case before the close of the Billing Cycle in which the change is initiated.
For sellers located in the European Union: any tier change resulting in a higher commission rate (i.e., a materially less favourable commercial term) will be communicated with a minimum of 14 calendar days' prior written notice before taking effect. During this notice period, the affected seller retains the right to terminate their seller agreement without penalty, by notifying Sejk's Warehouse at info@sejkswarehouse.eu before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the revised commission rate for all subsequent Billing Cycles.
Sejk's Warehouse maintains records of all tier assignments and changes, including the dates on which they were initiated and became effective. In the event of any dispute regarding the applicable commission rate for a given transaction or Billing Cycle, the tier status recorded in Sejk's Warehouse's internal systems at the commencement of the relevant Billing Cycle shall be determinative. Sellers may request confirmation of their current tier at any time by contacting info@sejkswarehouse.eu.
Seller payouts are processed manually after the close of the Billing Cycle immediately following the one in which the sales occurred — that is, at the start of the second calendar month after the month of sale, typically on or shortly after the first day of that month.
This one-cycle delay is a direct consequence of Roblox's fund-withholding policy, under which Robux earned via Developer Products are held by Roblox for a period before becoming available for distribution. As a result, earnings from sales made at any point during a given Billing Cycle (e.g. June) will be paid out after the following Billing Cycle has closed (e.g. at the start of August). This schedule applies regardless of when within the originating Billing Cycle the sale took place.
For Tebex-channel sales (when available), the payout schedule will be determined by Tebex's own fund-release timeline and will be specified in supplementary terms at the time of launch.
Sejk's Warehouse will maintain records mapping each sale to its originating Billing Cycle and its corresponding payout cycle. Sellers may request a statement of their pending and completed payouts at any time by contacting info@sejkswarehouse.eu.
The payout amount disbursed to a seller for a given Billing Cycle is calculated as:
Total Payout = Sum of (Gross Sale Value − Payment Processor Fee − Sejk's Warehouse Commission) for all sales in the Billing Cycle
Sejk's Warehouse is not responsible for payout delays caused by Roblox platform outages, Roblox group fund limitations, Tebex processing delays, banking intermediary delays, or any other circumstances outside Sejk's Warehouse's direct control. Sejk's Warehouse will make reasonable efforts to communicate any anticipated delays to affected sellers.
Sellers are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from their earnings on the Platform, including but not limited to income tax, VAT, and sales tax obligations in their country of residence or operation. Sejk's Warehouse does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on behalf of sellers except where required to do so by applicable law.
Product prices are set by sellers and displayed on Sejk's Warehouse listings in the applicable currency for each payment channel (Robux for the Roblox channel; fiat currency for the Tebex channel when available). Sellers are responsible for ensuring their listed prices comply with applicable law, including any minimum pricing requirements.
Sejk's Warehouse makes reasonable efforts to display accurate prices on listings. However, in the event of a pricing error on the Platform, Sejk's Warehouse reserves the right to cancel or void a transaction made at an erroneous price, and to notify the affected buyer. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
All purchases made on Sejk's Warehouse are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase via any supported payment channel, you acknowledge and agree that:
