Sejk's Warehouse Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 31, 2026
Platform: Sejk's Warehouse — Roblox Developer Asset Marketplace
Contact: info@sejkswarehouse.eu

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sejk's Warehouse ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), a digital marketplace operated for the purpose of buying and selling Roblox game development assets. By accessing or using Sejk's Warehouse in any capacity — whether as a visitor, registered user, buyer, or approved seller — you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sejk's Warehouse.

Sejk's Warehouse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Platform Description

Sejk's Warehouse is an online marketplace designed exclusively for the sale and purchase of Roblox game development assets, including but not limited to .rbxm files, scripts, models, and other digital content compatible with the Roblox development environment ("Assets").

How Purchases Work

All purchases on Sejk's Warehouse are currently processed exclusively through the Roblox platform via Developer Products ("Dev Products"). The purchase flow is as follows:

  1. A buyer browses listings and adds items to their cart.
  2. The buyer proceeds to checkout, which directs them to a designated Roblox game operated by Sejk's Warehouse.
  3. Within that Roblox game, the buyer purchases the Dev Product associated with the specific item they wish to acquire.
  4. Each product listed on Sejk's Warehouse has a unique, individually associated Dev Product on Roblox.
  5. Upon successful purchase of the Dev Product, the content associated with that product (e.g., .rbxm files and other attachments) is unlocked and made available to the buyer.

All Dev Products are registered under the official Sejk's Warehouse Roblox group. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this purchasing mechanism in full.

Sejk's Warehouse intends to expand its payment infrastructure in the future to support real-money (fiat currency) purchases processed via Tebex. Where such payment channels are made available, they will be clearly indicated on the Platform and subject to supplementary terms published at that time. All provisions in these Terms that reference payment processors, fees, and payout mechanics apply equally to any future payment channel unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility

By using Sejk's Warehouse, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required to use Roblox in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
  • If you are under 18, you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent to use the Platform and to make purchases via Roblox.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • You will comply with all applicable Roblox Terms of Service and Community Standards at all times.

Sejk's Warehouse reserves the right to deny access to or terminate the account of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify Sejk's Warehouse immediately at info@sejkswarehouse.eu if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Sejk's Warehouse is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

5. Seller Registration and Approval

Application Process

Selling on Sejk's Warehouse is not open to the general public by default. To become an approved seller, all prospective sellers must:

  1. Complete the official Sejk's Warehouse seller application form.
  2. Submit accurate and truthful information, including details about themselves and the assets they intend to sell.
  3. Await manual review and approval by Sejk's Warehouse administrators.

Sejk's Warehouse reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve or reject any seller application, for any reason or no reason at all, without obligation to disclose the rationale.

Seller Obligations

Once approved, sellers agree to:

  • List only assets they have the full legal right to sell (original work or properly licensed content).
  • Accurately describe all products, including their contents, compatibility, and any limitations.
  • Not engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading listing practices.
  • Maintain the quality and integrity of their listed assets.
  • Comply with all applicable Roblox Terms of Service relating to asset creation and distribution.
  • Not list assets that infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.

Sejk's Warehouse reserves the right to remove listings, suspend, or permanently ban sellers who violate these obligations, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Payment Channels and Currency

6.1 Current Payment Channel — Roblox

All purchases on the Platform are currently processed exclusively through the Roblox platform via Developer Products ("Dev Products"). Transactions are denominated in Robux, the virtual currency of the Roblox platform. Sejk's Warehouse does not directly process any real-money (fiat currency) payments under the current payment infrastructure.

Sejk's Warehouse cannot guarantee that Roblox's platform fees, Dev Product policies, or Robux exchange rates will remain constant, and is not liable for any changes made by Roblox to their fee structures or platform terms.

6.2 Future Payment Channel — Tebex (Real-Money Purchases)

Sejk's Warehouse intends to introduce an additional payment channel in the future, enabling buyers to purchase assets using real money (fiat currency) processed via Tebex, a third-party payment processing platform. When this channel becomes available:

  • Listings will clearly indicate which payment channels are available for each product.
  • Prices will be displayed in the applicable fiat currency (e.g., EUR, USD) alongside or instead of a Robux equivalent.
  • All transactions via Tebex will be subject to Tebex's own terms of service, fee structures, and payment processing rules. Sejk's Warehouse is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Tebex as a third-party service provider.
  • The same commission tier structure described in Section 8 will apply to Tebex transactions, with Tebex's applicable processing fees replacing Roblox's Dev Product fees in the payout calculation.
  • Supplementary terms specific to real-money transactions (including VAT/sales tax obligations, chargeback policies, and fiat-currency refund rights) will be published on the Platform at the time of launch and will form part of these Terms.

6.3 Roblox Plus Discount (Buyer Benefit — Roblox Channel Only)

Roblox may apply a Plus discount (typically 10–20%, sometimes subject to Plus membership tenure requirements) to eligible buyers purchasing via the Roblox channel. For convenience, Sejk's Warehouse may display a discounted price on listings based on the maximum applicable Roblox Plus discount.

  • The final price a buyer pays is always the price shown at the Roblox checkout inside the Roblox game.
  • The list price recorded in Sejk's Warehouse's database, invoices, seller payouts, and platform accounting always reflects the full, undiscounted Robux price.
  • Roblox Plus discounts are granted by Roblox and do not reduce seller earnings or Sejk's Warehouse commissions in any way.
  • Roblox Terms of Use and Roblox Plus membership terms apply independently. Refer to https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004647846-Roblox-Terms-of-Use and https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/47967913158164-Roblox-Plus for current terms and benefits.

7. Billing Cycles

7.1 Definition

A Billing Cycle is defined as one full calendar month, beginning at 00:00 on the first day of the month and concluding at 23:59 on the last day of that same month, measured in the Europe/Bratislava timezone (Central European Time / Central European Summer Time). Each Billing Cycle is independent; earnings, commissions, and payout calculations are computed separately for each cycle and do not carry over.

All dates, times, billing-cycle boundaries, and payout schedules displayed on the Platform use the Europe/Bratislava timezone. Specific dates and times are formatted in European numeric notation (DD.MM.YYYY, 24-hour clock for times). Billing-cycle headings and month filters use English month names with the year (e.g. May 2026). These formats are fixed regardless of the User's browser, device, or geographic location. In the event of any discrepancy between a timestamp shown in a User's local timezone and the Platform's official records, the Platform's Europe/Bratislava timestamp shall be determinative.

7.2 Cycle Settlement

A Billing Cycle is considered fully settled once all seller payouts for that cycle have been calculated, approved, and disbursed to sellers. Settlement occurs on or shortly after the last day of each calendar month — typically within a few hours of month-end — and is subject to Roblox platform availability, group fund capacity, and Tebex processing times where applicable.

No action that is contractually contingent upon the close of a Billing Cycle (including but not limited to seller tier changes as described in Section 8) takes effect until the cycle is fully settled in accordance with this section.

7.3 Disputes Regarding Cycle Boundaries

In the event of any dispute regarding which Billing Cycle a transaction belongs to, the timestamp recorded in Sejk's Warehouse's internal transaction logs at the time of purchase shall be determinative.

8. Seller Tiers and Commission

8.1 Tier Structure

Sejk's Warehouse operates a tiered seller programme. Each approved seller is assigned one of three tiers, which determines the platform commission rate applied to their gross earnings on each completed sale. Commission is deducted from the gross transaction value after the applicable payment processor fee (Roblox Dev Product fee, or Tebex processing fee, as applicable) has been accounted for. The seller receives the remainder.

The payout formula for any given sale is:

Seller Payout = Gross Sale Value − Payment Processor Fee − Sejk's Warehouse Commission

The three tiers and their associated commission rates are as follows:

TierTitleCommission Rate
1stPartner5% (five percent)
2ndVerified10% (ten percent)
3rdRegular15% (fifteen percent)

Commission is calculated on the amount remaining after the applicable payment processor fee has been deducted from the gross sale value, unless stated otherwise in supplementary terms for a specific payment channel.

All newly approved sellers are assigned the Regular tier by default, unless Sejk's Warehouse administrators determine otherwise at the time of approval.

8.2 Tier Assignment

Seller tier status is assigned and managed exclusively by Sejk's Warehouse administrators. Sellers may not self-assign, request, or negotiate their own tier. Sejk's Warehouse reserves the sole and absolute discretion to assign any tier to any seller at any time, subject to the timing restrictions set out in Section 8.3. No seller has a vested or inherent right to any particular tier.

8.3 Tier Changes — Timing and Effective Date

Tier changes — whether an upgrade (lower commission rate) or a downgrade (higher commission rate) — are governed by the following rules:

  • A tier change may be initiated by Sejk's Warehouse administrators at any point during a Billing Cycle.
  • A tier change does not become contractually effective until the commencement of the next Billing Cycle, i.e., after the current Billing Cycle has been fully settled as described in Section 7.2.
  • No tier change shall apply retroactively to transactions already completed within the current or any prior Billing Cycle.
  • The commission rate applicable to any given transaction is the rate associated with the seller's tier as recorded at the start of the Billing Cycle in which that transaction occurred.

8.4 Notification of Tier Changes

Sejk's Warehouse will notify a seller of any pending tier change by email to the address associated with their account. Notification will be sent with reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect, and in any case before the close of the Billing Cycle in which the change is initiated.

For sellers located in the European Union: any tier change resulting in a higher commission rate (i.e., a materially less favourable commercial term) will be communicated with a minimum of 14 calendar days' prior written notice before taking effect. During this notice period, the affected seller retains the right to terminate their seller agreement without penalty, by notifying Sejk's Warehouse at info@sejkswarehouse.eu before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the revised commission rate for all subsequent Billing Cycles.

8.5 Tier Records and Disputes

Sejk's Warehouse maintains records of all tier assignments and changes, including the dates on which they were initiated and became effective. In the event of any dispute regarding the applicable commission rate for a given transaction or Billing Cycle, the tier status recorded in Sejk's Warehouse's internal systems at the commencement of the relevant Billing Cycle shall be determinative. Sellers may request confirmation of their current tier at any time by contacting info@sejkswarehouse.eu.

9. Seller Payouts

9.1 Payout Schedule

Seller payouts are processed manually after the close of the Billing Cycle immediately following the one in which the sales occurred — that is, at the start of the second calendar month after the month of sale, typically on or shortly after the first day of that month.

This one-cycle delay is a direct consequence of Roblox's fund-withholding policy, under which Robux earned via Developer Products are held by Roblox for a period before becoming available for distribution. As a result, earnings from sales made at any point during a given Billing Cycle (e.g. June) will be paid out after the following Billing Cycle has closed (e.g. at the start of August). This schedule applies regardless of when within the originating Billing Cycle the sale took place.

For Tebex-channel sales (when available), the payout schedule will be determined by Tebex's own fund-release timeline and will be specified in supplementary terms at the time of launch.

Sejk's Warehouse will maintain records mapping each sale to its originating Billing Cycle and its corresponding payout cycle. Sellers may request a statement of their pending and completed payouts at any time by contacting info@sejkswarehouse.eu.

9.2 Payout Calculation

The payout amount disbursed to a seller for a given Billing Cycle is calculated as:

Total Payout = Sum of (Gross Sale Value − Payment Processor Fee − Sejk's Warehouse Commission) for all sales in the Billing Cycle

  • For Roblox-channel sales: the payment processor fee is Roblox's standard Dev Product fee as applicable at the time of transaction.
  • For Tebex-channel sales (when available): the payment processor fee is Tebex's applicable transaction processing fee at the time of transaction.
  • Sejk's Warehouse's commission is applied at the seller's tier rate valid for that Billing Cycle as described in Section 8.

9.3 Payout Method

  • Payouts for Roblox-channel sales are distributed in Robux via the Sejk's Warehouse Roblox group.
  • Payouts for Tebex-channel sales (when available) will be distributed in the applicable fiat currency via the method determined by Tebex's seller payout infrastructure. Details will be published in supplementary terms at the time of launch.

9.4 Delays and Limitations

Sejk's Warehouse is not responsible for payout delays caused by Roblox platform outages, Roblox group fund limitations, Tebex processing delays, banking intermediary delays, or any other circumstances outside Sejk's Warehouse's direct control. Sejk's Warehouse will make reasonable efforts to communicate any anticipated delays to affected sellers.

9.5 Taxes

Sellers are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from their earnings on the Platform, including but not limited to income tax, VAT, and sales tax obligations in their country of residence or operation. Sejk's Warehouse does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on behalf of sellers except where required to do so by applicable law.

10. Pricing

10.1 Listing Prices

Product prices are set by sellers and displayed on Sejk's Warehouse listings in the applicable currency for each payment channel (Robux for the Roblox channel; fiat currency for the Tebex channel when available). Sellers are responsible for ensuring their listed prices comply with applicable law, including any minimum pricing requirements.

10.2 Price Accuracy

Sejk's Warehouse makes reasonable efforts to display accurate prices on listings. However, in the event of a pricing error on the Platform, Sejk's Warehouse reserves the right to cancel or void a transaction made at an erroneous price, and to notify the affected buyer. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

11.1 General Non-Refundability

All purchases made on Sejk's Warehouse are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase via any supported payment channel, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Upon completing a purchase, the digital content (e.g., .rbxm files and other attachments) associated with that product is immediately unlocked and accessible to you.
  • Because digital content is delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, no refund can be issued, as the product has already been consumed.
  • Payment processor fees (Roblox Dev Product fees, or Tebex processing fees) are deducted at the point of purchase and cannot be recovered by Sejk's Warehouse, making full refunds technically impossible even in exceptional circumstances.

This policy applies regardless of whether you have actually downloaded or used the content after it was unlocked.

11.2 Exceptional Circumstances — Fraudulent Transactions

Sejk's Warehouse may, entirely at its own discretion and on a strictly case-by-case basis, consider issuing a partial compensatory credit in the event of verified fraudulent activity. Should such a case be deemed valid:

  • The compensatory amount will not exceed the value of the purchase minus the applicable payment processor fee.
  • Sejk's Warehouse makes no guarantee that any such compensation will be provided and reserves the right to decline any refund request.
  • To report suspected fraudulent activity, contact Sejk's Warehouse at info@sejkswarehouse.eu with all relevant information.

11.3 How to Request a Review

If you believe you have a valid claim relating to a fraudulent transaction, you must:

  1. Contact Sejk's Warehouse at info@sejkswarehouse.eu within 14 days of the transaction.
  2. Provide your Roblox username (and/or Tebex account identifier where applicable), the product in question, the date and approximate time of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Cooperate fully with any investigation Sejk's Warehouse may undertake.

Sejk's Warehouse will acknowledge receipt of your request but makes no commitment regarding timelines or outcomes.

12. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the Platform — whether buyers, sellers, or visitors — are strictly prohibited from:

  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form, including seller applications and product listings.
  • Listing, selling, or distributing assets that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Roblox, third-party developers, or any other rights holder.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit the Platform's systems or Roblox Dev Products.
  • Using the Platform for any illegal purpose under applicable law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or copyright infringement.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users of the Platform.
  • Attempting to manipulate the payout system, circumvent Sejk's Warehouse's commission, or otherwise exploit the Platform's financial mechanisms.
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban.
  • Posting or distributing malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts disguised as assets.
  • Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud or attempting to reverse transactions — whether through Roblox's own support, Tebex, a payment card issuer, or any other mechanism — after having received access to the purchased content.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 Seller Representations

By listing an asset on Sejk's Warehouse, sellers represent and warrant that:

  • They are the original creator of the asset, or hold all necessary rights and licenses to sell it.
  • The asset does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including Roblox Corporation.
  • They grant Sejk's Warehouse a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote the asset listing (including thumbnails and descriptions) for the purpose of operating the Platform.

13.2 Buyer Rights

Upon purchasing an asset, buyers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased asset for their own Roblox game development projects, subject to any additional license terms specified by the seller in their listing. Buyers may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or re-list purchased assets on Sejk's Warehouse or any other platform without the seller's explicit written permission.
  • Claim authorship or ownership of purchased assets.
  • Use purchased assets in ways that violate Roblox's Terms of Service.

13.3 Sejk's Warehouse's Intellectual Property

All original content on the Sejk's Warehouse Platform — including its design, branding, logos, interface elements, and written content — is the property of Sejk's Warehouse and its operators. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

14. Reporting and Enforcement

14.1 Reporting Violations

Sejk's Warehouse takes reports of fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise violating behavior seriously. Users may report concerns via the Platform's contact form or by emailing info@sejkswarehouse.eu.

When submitting a report, please include:

  • Your Roblox username.
  • The username of the seller or buyer involved.
  • The product listing in question.
  • A clear description of the suspected violation.
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, links, etc.).

14.2 Enforcement Actions

Sejk's Warehouse reserves the right to take any of the following enforcement actions, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a warning to the offending user.
  • Remove offending listings from the Platform.
  • Suspend a user's account temporarily or permanently.
  • Withhold pending payouts pending investigation.
  • Permanently ban a seller from the Platform.
  • Report the matter to Roblox Corporation, Tebex, or relevant law enforcement authorities.

Sejk's Warehouse is not obligated to inform users of the specific outcome of any investigation.

15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

15.1 Platform Provided "As Is"

The Sejk's Warehouse Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Sejk's Warehouse does not warrant that:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Any defects or errors will be corrected.
  • The Platform or its servers are free of viruses or harmful components.

15.2 No Warranty on Assets

Sejk's Warehouse does not inspect, verify, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, functionality, safety, or legality of any asset listed by sellers. Buyers purchase assets at their own risk. Any dispute regarding asset quality must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.

15.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sejk's Warehouse and its operators, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Damages arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
  • Damages arising from transactions conducted through Roblox or Tebex, including platform outages, processing errors, or policy changes by either third party.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

In any event, Sejk's Warehouse's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, minus applicable payment processor fees.

15.4 Third-Party Platform Dependency

Sejk's Warehouse's purchasing and delivery mechanisms depend on third-party platforms, currently Roblox and in future Tebex. Sejk's Warehouse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Roblox Corporation or Tebex. Sejk's Warehouse is not responsible for:

  • Changes to the terms of service, fee structures, or policies of Roblox or Tebex.
  • Outages, bugs, or service disruptions on either platform.
  • Actions taken by Roblox Corporation or Tebex against user accounts.

16. Compliance with Third-Party Platform Terms

All users of Sejk's Warehouse must comply with the terms of service and community standards of any third-party platform used to facilitate transactions on Sejk's Warehouse, including Roblox's Terms of Service and Community Standards and, when applicable, Tebex's terms. Sejk's Warehouse does not condone any activity that would violate such third-party terms. In the event of any conflict between a third-party platform's terms and these Terms, the third-party platform's terms shall take precedence in matters directly relating to that platform.

17. Privacy and Data

Sejk's Warehouse collects and processes limited personal data for the purpose of operating the Platform, including account information, contact details, and transaction data. By using the Platform, you consent to this processing.

Sejk's Warehouse does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with Roblox and, when applicable, Tebex, in the normal course of platform operations.

Users in the European Union have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of their personal data. To exercise these rights, contact info@sejkswarehouse.eu.

Sejk's Warehouse's full Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms, is available on the Platform.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Given Sejk's Warehouse's operation across international jurisdictions:

  • For users located in the European Union, these Terms shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable EU consumer protection law, including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive and GDPR.
  • For users located in the United States, these Terms shall be governed by applicable federal and state law.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of competent courts as applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence that cannot be contractually waived.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sejk's Warehouse and its operators, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of or access to the Platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
  • Any content, assets, or listings you submit to the Platform.
  • Any fraudulent or illegal activity you engage in through the Platform.

20. Termination

Sejk's Warehouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately.
  • Any pending seller payouts may be withheld pending investigation of the reason for termination.
  • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with Sejk's Warehouse's Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sejk's Warehouse regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
